Just a FYI - Youpi Key version 1.7 (currently still in beta) includes
AppleScript Support. This means you can both embed an applescript as an action
and also trigger an action via an AppleScript. When you couple this with
Dragthing's ability to run AppleScripts it approximates some of the
functionality of OneClick's palettes. This method is slower, not as quick to
write for and has some clumsy aspects but then OneClick didn't run shell
scripts, nothing is perfect.
Youpi Key can also emulate almost any keystroke and can be made to "type" text
either as a single keystroke or as a string.
