There was some work done years ago that involved mixing decay counts of a
radioactive source into the random number generator. I didn't follow the
results, and the idea seems remarkably inappropriate for today's desktop
and laptop machines anyhow. (Especially in the US, with its collective
radioactivity paranoia.)
