XNetwork is a free osax for Mac OS X (10.3.x) allowing scripters to configure their airport card, to detect wireless networks (either ad-hoc or managed networks), connect or create a wireless network. XNetwork permits scripters to know the strength and the noise, channel, beacon interval , name and mac address of the wireless networks that are detected.
