The line you included with your reply would be the user supplied track from the Library playlist.

To get the ids from the Apple supplied stations, highlight the station in iTunes then run this as a script in your editor.

tell application "iTunes" to return first item of selection

--> URL track id 121 of radio tuner playlist id 52 of source id 51 of application "iTunes"

I haven't had much success in extracting the component parts of the returned info.
