just for anyone and noone's information;
eudora suddenly wouldnt send
the solution (half) was to delete personalities and recreate them
this made eudora send email again
the next morning; eudora wouldnt send again, so I had to delete
personalities once more for eudora to send
fine untill a few hours later when it stopped again
then came back again several hours later without me doing anything
this makes it my ISP's problem, not my problem, but when have you
ever succeeded in having an ISP admit to anything being THEIR fault ?

while eudora wasnt working i tried Mail.app
and while Mail.app was fully functional it was not really
scriptable to my liking
one thing however; i stole the whooosssh sound from Mail and put
it in the eudora mail sound :-)
