system attribute "HOME", how old is it?

  • Subject: system attribute "HOME", how old is it?

Hi,

system attribute "HOME"?

In what version of OS X was this command added? I'm wondering the 'backwards
compatibility' of my script, as I am using this in a script. What is the
'oldest' version this script would properly execute on?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Jake
