Could be. Doesn't work here on either 10.3.7 or 10.3.8

Don't know when it came to be but I heard - probably here - that the Finder doesn't search the 'System' folder by default. If I do a standard 'Find' here under 10.3.8 I don't get StandardAdditions. If I specifically search 'System' I do.
