Hi,

I want to write a scripting which identifies which application is the frontmost application. The script is going to be in the scripts menu, and when activate will do certain things depending on which application is being used..

To be more specific this is what I would like to do..

set myapp to get the name of current application -- which from the scripts menu returns "System Events"

if myapp is "Indesign CS" then
		-- do something
	else
		--do something else
	end if

Thanks! :)

Wayne Melrose
