Title: Creating variables with names from other variable values ?
Hey all,

Seems i have a problem with variable names.
I have to create new variables with names from the VALUES of other variables.
E.g. I have:
set myVar to “width”
set myValue to 80

Now i wanna have the variable “width” with a value of “80”.

Im kinda stcuk with this simple probelem ;) Applescript ist sometimes weird for a php programmer......

Oh bye the way – the variables myVar and myValue are currently part of a LIST, so maybe theres an approach with REPEAT ?

Thanks a lot for your help !
