I logged on ala my dev account from my iMac that is running 10.6.8
https://developer.apple.com/xcode/index.php
You might have to have a dev account with access to Mac OS development, not IOS development.
I can see this information, but can not download it as I only have the iOS package.

Oddly, I get an error message that I don't have the privs to download that, even though I am signed in as a developer.
Do you have an ADC account with the Mac OS developer package?
