That depends on your definition of big deal, I guess. It's certainly one
more thing to have to keep in mind. And then there are updates, and the
possibility that one will stop working with a system update -- if they're
free, you can hardly complain. And quite a few are only free for
non-commercial use only.

There's also the problem of getting permission to add software to corporate
machines. Plus...
