Apple Data Detectors

Hi, list.

Does anybody running a non-US OS (i.e. Z-International or somesuch) had any luck
installing Apple Data Detectors?

I tried on 8.6 (Britsh OS) and again now on OS 9.1 (Z-International) and nothing
takes (they've always been for US OS's). I've gone to the relevant Apple http page
and ftp.apple.com but no luck.

Any help would be great,
