Sorry...my prior reply addressed what they do, not what handles them (it's
too late to read).

It's something which is included in the basic install of Mac OS X 10.0.4.
But if they're in a Scripting Addition they aren't in the Addition's
dictionary.

on run
<<event GURLBROW>>
end run

runs on Mac OS X and opens (on my system) Mac IE 5.whatever (bringing it to
the front). But it decompiles as shown. And nothing is returned (result
is undefined after the event is sent and before the end run).
