AFAIK, you don't. Back to 8.6 I was using Akua's 'tell as...' for that, but it seems broken under 9. So you can try recording a key in your keychain, have your script unlock the keychain and then tell the distant app.

Problem: this is precisely what I'm working on right now, and I often get a -25315 error when trying to

tell "the app whose name in english I don't know"

unlock first keychain with password "<pass>"

end tell

What is the correct form of unlock, and what is this error? F9.1 here.
