Thank you - John Stewart, julifos, and Paul Berkowitz, each for your Replies.

Prior to my original Post I did download the non-MacOS X and MacOS X versions of "Jon's Commands" from '<http://www.seanet.com/~jonpugh/>'.
Yes, no sooner then after I posted my request I did indeed come upon the two 'ScriptingAdditions' Folders ['System/Library/ScriptingAdditions/' and Users '/Library/ScriptingAdditions/] and installed "Jon's Commands" into the Users 'ScriptingAdditions' Folder.

As noted - the MacOS X Version does not support all the Events that the non-MacOS X does. Sadly, 'set screens to' is one of the omitted Events.
A Side Note - the Event 'set screens to' with a non-MacOS X 'Script Editor' whether booted from Classic or a real MacOS - System 9.2.2 [with the correct 'ScriptingAdditions' Folder containing the "Jon's Commands" File] reported 'an Error of type 15141 has occurred' when used. And I do know the Screen Resolutions and Refresh Rates I entered are available on my 21" Sony Trinitron.

If anyone knows of a 'ScriptingAddition' or script able 'Application' that can change the Screen Resolution, Refresh Rate, and Color Depth - please post where I may obtain it. I have been searching via '<http://www.google.com>' and such.

Thank you for the Replies, and the included AppleScript Code - such helps speed up the learning curve.
