You're not making yourself clear at all. My script does not create a text file but does precisely what you seem to be asking for, namely save the html source

If you want to save all the links and references, then you'll need to parse the source and download the links to appropriate folders. Safari will not do what Explorer does (thank goodness) or what Chimera does (unfortunately).
