Not *too* comprehensive, I hope, Nick! (Of course, I realise that your AS
knowledge extends way beyond most of my background detail, but I included it

Right. I suspect that's the bit that usually causes a furrowed brow or two -
especially since that form of repeat loop can often work without an explicit
evaluation of a reference's contents.
