As a side note, I copied this to my 10.3.9 OSX Server Mac to run it on a big list of folders but it just wouldn't run. I had copied the satimage.osax file to ScriptAdditions (tried both root Library and Users Lib) and it kept erroring. When I opened the script the satimage cose was in raw code (whatever you call that). I tried double clicking on the satimage.osax file to activate it and a reboot did nothing. Any thoughts?

If you did exactly what you said, then yes: rename that folder in Library to "ScriptingAdditions" (instead of "ScriptAdditions".)
