I'd like to agree strongly here; when suggesting solutions to others,
I stick to plain vanilla AppleScript when I can. If a free osax or
an app exists that would make the job easier, I mention it with a
link; but generally my goal is to get the original poster up and
running without the necessity of downloading and installing an osax
or FBA first. That preference is not to be construed as a castigation
of Emmanual's proselytizing Satimage - I regard that as quite natural
and often helpful because I haven't explored those thoroughly.
