No dictionaries loading for applescript in script edito library or xcode library

Hi,
I am trying to inspect the dictionaries for various scriptable apps
that are available in the window -> library window.
A library panel opens up when I open it, but all it says is "Nothing
to see here; move along."
In the console window I see the following error:

$show-hidden or not(@hidden = 'yes')
