I'd probably use AppleScript for generating the html req'd for a web
page in some sort of pre-deployment automated production system. For
dynamic web publishing, there are more specialized server-side
scripting languages (like PHP, etc.) But, AppleScript is so fun to
experiment with that you might come up with something!
