InDesign 'crop images to frames'

I might be misunderstanding this, but in InDesign CS2, do they have
'crop images to frames' working backwards in 'PDF export preferences'?
If I set it to true:

----------
tell application "Adobe InDesign CS2"
activate

tell PDF export preferences
set crop images to frames to true
end tell

export document 1 format PDF type to "File:path"
end tell
----------

and then if I manually select 'Export' and look at what was last
selected then 'crop image data to frames' is deselected. If I set it
to 'false' then it's selected. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Thanks.

Jay
