Did you rebuild the application before running it again? Changing the
target settings doesn't rebuild your application (or product) by itself.

I'm working my way through good old Learning Cocoa. I am on Chapter 11
(in case anyone else out there has the book), which basically creates
an extremely simple Text Editor.
My problem is this: The first time I built the application, I neglected
to hit the "Change" button when I edited the DocumentType settings to
allow it to look for RTF files. Thus the first time I ran, my new
documents were saved as .???? files instead of .rtf. So I went back
into the settings and changed the file extension once again, this time
hitting "change" :-) However, when I run the application I still
cannot open rtf files, and my new documents still save as .???? . Can
anyone tell what I am doing wrong here, or is this a PB bug?
Thanks in advance,
