Problem with Project Builder. Obj-C with Java

I get the following message on the console.

2002-04-02 00:39:03.846 Project Builder[317] Exception raised during posting of notification. Ignored. exception: Unable to compile the script.

I have no idea what to do with it.

I have a Object-C application with a little java class that calls Xalan and Fop from Apache.org.

The call the Xalan XSLT works fine. The call to Fop process my 'FO' XSLT output but I lose my applications windows. It appears that the WindowServer is not getting any events. The menu responds but takes not actions.

I am at a lost to what to check. Is this a PB bug or am I lost with something. This is the first time that I have mixed Java with Objective-C via IB.
