Addendum: Problem with NSOutlineView::shouldSelectItem: and NSRunCriticalAlertPanel

  • Subject: Addendum: Problem with NSOutlineView::shouldSelectItem: and NSRunCriticalAlertPanel

Two additions to my previous post (which see, for details):

At the beginning of the method, changeOK is declared as a BOOL and
initialized to YES. Some portions of the method not included evaluate
whether it should remain YES; at the point in code excerpted and relevant,
changeOK is YES going in. Also note that the dialog that's giving me
trouble only appears if the class member variable "dirty" is true.

At the close of the post I accidentally stated a request to have direct
email replies. This isn't necessary as I am subscribed to Cocoa-dev.

Thanks
