I had a similar bug which I posted about here, where the NSStatusMenu's
menu would randomly not appear. Eric, from Apple, responded that it is
a known bug and will be fixed in an upcoming software update. :-)

what do you think, is this an apple bug.. I spent time trying to think
what I could do wrong, but the bug is totally *randomly* duplicable
:-(
