I've noticed quite a bit of Xcode and tools specific. You might want to
check in on the xcode-users mailing list for these kinds of questions,
the discussion there is much more tool-centric and people there have
discussed use issues in some depth. Subscribe from
<http://lists.apple.com/>.
If you are seeing what you feel is incorrect behavior, please don't
hesitate to file a bug report using the information at
<http://developer.apple.com/bugreporter> and/or send a note to
<email@hidden>. If the issue is a bug, it's best to
file the bug and then include the bug report number in any further
email using the form "rdar://BUGNUMBER" ... It then becomes very easy
for us to check the report without searching and speeds the process of
investigation.
BTW, I review this list periodically via the digest. If you want to
engage in further discussion, please send to my email or the
<email@hidden> address directly.
Well, I have subscribed to that list, but there does not seem to be
a searchable archive yet. To not start this discussion all over on
the xcode-users mailing list it would be nice to hear some kind of
an answer from you!
- Does Apple consider this problem an error/bug? (I filed a bug, but
no response so far)
- Will there be an update fixing this soon?
- Is the post-processing option a good alternative or are there
other issues then that we may not be not aware of?
Thanks,
Rick Jansen
