Earlier I saw a posting about this and I've been searching the dev site but do not know what terms to use so I'm not finding what I need. How is it that a person designates a project as something like a utility menu (is that right, the ones on the right side of the menu bar) or something that only appears in the dock but does not have a menubar or activate, if such a thing exists.
