No, it really is Reachability API. Check the movie at 6 minutes 30
seconds, it 's a networking API that would make
writing your own code to check whether your server is still there,
obsolete. It would prevent excessive polling. That's what bertrand is
telling in the movie. However, I have no clue what API he is pointing
at....
