The window of one of my apps (TimeDisc - http://www.furrysoft.de) does not get moved when it is on desktop level (kCGDesktopWindowLevel) or on top of normal windows (NSStatusWindowLevel or NSFloatingWindowLevel).

Instead it is faded out.

Kind of nice but still not what Arby needs apparently ...
