I'll second all your points, especially the optimized drawing! I also appreciate the now-official addition of the "New Folder" button to the Open dialog, the ability to put brief instructions on the Save dialog, and the return of the shadow and outline text styles -- a Mac just isn't a Mac without shadow and outline.
