I can't use Apple script because the User Data file won't open in the
Palm Desktop app.
If I could get the app to open with the right data, then I could use
Apple script.

Why not use AppleScript and get the data through the app? I think that
would be much easier then trying to learn Palm's format.

Is there any Cocoa code to read Palm Desktop User Data?
Is there a Palm Desktop User Data file specification?
I am getting unexpected end of file error when trying to open my Palm
Desktop User file.
I have throughly searched the web, and have found others who had the
same problem, but haven't been able to find any Cocoa, perl or other
code to either cleanup the "corrupted" Palm Desktop User Data file or
to read this file.
I want to specifically read the Palm Desktop User Data file; I don't
want to know about syncing options to the PDA.
Thanks.
