Apple Human Interface values?

Is there a file somewhere in Mac OS X headers or somewhere where you can get the values for Apple Human Interface guidelines?

For instance, I'm looking for a file with the constants for such value as the horizontal spacing between 2 buttons.

I know the values from the AHIG document but I would prefer a file with those values if there's one. I have looked in the AppKit and found none. A search on Apple Web site didn't give any result.
