Did you install the BSD SDK? IIRC, that's the package with the
manuals.
I've got Xcode and the BSD SDK installed (at least I have a receipt for
BSDSDK.pkg), but I noticed pages missing, like:
% man 3 sleep
No entry for sleep in section 3 of the manual
% man 3 printf
No entry for printf in section 3 of the manual
I believe I installed everything on the Xcode disk that I could.
Could it be the same reason for which man -k is not working out of the
box?
You have to wait for 7 days at most to get it built via the crontab. A
bug has been filed against this and the answer from devbugs was a bit
naive.
