I had to reinstall my OS, and now it doesnt have project builder, or any other dev tools.
Apple only sent me 2 CDS, 1 macos CD, and 1 hardware test CD.

I cant figure out how to get the development tools back.

If you have the Apple Software Restore CD's, you'll find the Dev Tools disk image hidden away in the ".images" directory on one of those discs. Of course, that'll be the 2001 Dev Tools (or somesuch), so you'll probably still want to download the latest ones from the ADC anyway.
