SearchKit Performance

Hi all

I am encountering very poor performance when using SearchKit with the default text extractors loaded. With SKLoadDefaultExtractorPlugIns() enabled I am getting getting single document index times anywhere from 3 to 12 seconds. With the text extractors disabled things are MUCH faster (less than 1 sec per document). I can understand that using text extractors will cost me but they shouldn't cost that much. Especially since text extractors do not appear to be using alot of CPU.

Has anyone else started using SearchKit?
