Well it is a little different, since I was thinking I would go into the
iTunes.rsrc and pull out the actual image itself...

If you're thinking of the field that shows you the title of the current
song, elapsed time, etcetera, I don't think Apple have a monopoly on
LCD-lookalike displays (which is what that is); indeed, people have
been doing them for ages.
