Native Xcode Targets and Jaguar compatability

I've currently got a project that I started developing on Jaguar. I
recently updated to using Panther and Xcode, and am interested in some of
the features present only in Xcode Native Targets. However, I would like
my app to still be usable on Jaguar. I'm still a bit unclear on some
aspects of Xcode, so I apologize if this is a stupid question, but if I
switch from a Project Builder target to a Native Target, will my app still
run on Jaguar?
