Now I want to download that RTFD file (say folder on the web site), and I
have the link of the RTFD file (folder).
I know already how to download a simple rtf file.

But, how to know all the files that RTFD folder contains?
I have to download all the files placed within that folder (.rtfd) but I
don't know how many and which files are within that folder...

What you might want to do is archive & compress the RTFD bundle, upload that, and then decompress & unarchive the bundle when the program downloads it. You can do this using NSTask and gnutar... See the "gnutar" man page for details.
