HELP:Mainmenu nib won't load!

I modified the index.html file in my help stuff, did a "clean" and "build and run" an get

"2004-02-18 17:05:52.471 BiggerSQL[13605] Unable to load nib file: MainMenu, exiting."

If I open the Nib in IB everything seems to be present...

Is there anything I can do?

Desperately seeking answers...
