This is not related to the Table sorting that Rudy was asking about.

NSTableView offers sorting on it's own now, entirely separate from the Cocoa Bindings technology.

The problem Rudy is seeing is likely due to some data not being sortable, or perhaps mixed with other data... all the data in the column needs to be the same type I think.
