Not in Interface Builder.
But IB can tell you whether your nib files are compatible with 10.2,
to some degree. However, I've found that if you make a new WebView
in IB on 10.3, that nib appears to be 10.2-compatible, but will blow
up if you try to load, or edit it on 10.2.
