US / British English Localisations

Hi all,

Does anyone have any information on localising apps so that US users read 'Colors, Localizations', and the British read 'Colours, Localisation'?

[[NSBundle mainBundle] preferredLocalizations] seems to return 'English', rather than en_GB or en_US irrespective of the flag I've chosen in the menu bar
