Can NavCreateChooseVolumeDialog be specified as a Sheet?

I guess the title says it all.

I was hoping to be able to create and use a NavDialog as a sheet. Is this form supported? Although I tried kWindowModalityWindowModal as an options specifier - it did not seem to do the trick.

Can anyone speak to this issue?
