I noticed that buried away in Apple's XCode package is what looks to be
a fully featured (headers, comments and all) Objective-C BEEP framework
(see http://www.toxicsoftware.com/blog/archives/000035.html for more
information).

I'd love for Apple to make this framework publicly available, ideally
as part of Darwin. Is there anyone I should speak to find out if they'd
do this?
