IB Question...

Hi all,
Its been a while since I've done any IB work. Can someone point me to info regarding either customizing an existing component (e.g. NSSlider) or creating a custom UI component from scratch.

I need a slider that has a custom look - not the blue (or grey) cocoa-look that is standard.

Also, back in the NeXTSTEP/OpenStep world there were developers who had custom UI pallets for use/sale... anyone familiar with these ?
