Adding Items to Finder's SideBar

Hi,

I'm trying to add items to Finder's SideBar by changing ~/Library/com.apple.sidebarlists.plist. I've found that the Alias item is simply an Alias Record. I can't seem to figure out what the Icon item is. Any Ideas?
