I'm making a major assumption here...

the material would belong to the individual author (Don or Erik, me).

I'd say that if it was still useable, that it would likely go on Stepwise...

There was the option of releasing a certain percentage of the book as online articles i think. The biggest problem there is of course converting the content to HTML. Something that in general you don't want to get me started on.
