I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Enter As Replacement Text". What exactly does that do?
I've been quite satisfied with Xcode's Find, except that it isn't always clear that Find in Project adds a lot of features that aren't addressed by the normal Find command. Oh yeah, and there is no actual documentation regarding Xcode's RegEx syntax (I remember hearing it's the same as MOKit, but I'm not sure that's entirely true).
