Trying to use ICNS icon for application

Hi List...



I am a UI Designer so, very new to programming interface. I use XCode / IB
to create the prototypes and fairly click through.



Can some one help me and tell me how to use an icon for the application. I
have an icns file that is only visible to me in Preview application. How do
I use it in my application so that it is visible in my dock?
